i started mounjaro medicine last night to help with weight loss.
on the first dose, ive lost my appetite.
i feel like eating a little bit of plain foods, thats all.
this morning i had a little yoplait yogurt, a coffee and half a bowl of plain porridge.
i have headache but i dont think its related.
i feel relaxed and slept the whole night. i feel like just relaxing and sitting around.
but i walked dog a few houses. he doesn't seem to be able to walk as much anymore, but he's only 5.
i dont feel like exercising.
im starting on 134.4kg
im still having fatblaster sometimes, instead of dinner or lunch, but today i dunno. if i dont eat much it might not be as important.
today i haven't felt like eating much. for example, i had:
instant coffee, yoghurt
latte
some health cc's
tomato, lettuce and alfalfa on wholegrain bread sandwich (+one monte carlo biscuit)
instant coffee
fruit smoothie
bowl of boiled veggies
mini drumstick icecream
- this medicine makes me chill out a lot. all ive done is a bit of tidying up. mostly me and dog have just been sitting or lying down, chilling out. normally im hyperactive and full of energy, but this medicine seems to work for that too. oh i could still do a desk job, but not a fast paced high pressure job. oh i can't work under pressure anyway cuz my hernia hurts if i breath to fast or to deep. hence why i can't exercise much either.
- im not focused on work anyway, im going to study and have weightloss surgery in a few months time. so the goal is to see what i can lose what first, then try and lose the rest after surgery. then i'll be fit for work when i recover.
- peole i just want to be the prettiest for my man, but he loves me the way i am, he says. so i just want to look healthy and professional in my trade. and fit into a nice wedding dress maybe.
5.15am - Energize 7am - Water 8.15am - 1/2 a protein water, 4 pieces of toast with flora margarine 9.45am - Energize, 2 mini sausages, sweet potato, pumpkin 5.20pm - Today I ran out of drinks and then I ate too much. Peanut butter and honey sandwiches mostly and some milk, some meat, a mini omelet. Way too much. I put on 2 kilos after that. So, I gotta be better prepared and have more protein drinks there ready. Also, I think maybe some rice cakes or something would help me feel full. So, I'll try again next week. Weight: 132.1kg
