Diet foods and rules

 

The goal of this diet is to have a drink or a protein drink once every 2 hours. So I've picked Musk protein water, cuz I'm besotted with Elon Musk and he's keeping me sticking to the goal of losing weight for when we meet.

So, this is how I plan it:

Every few hours I have either protein water or energize up and go vanilla milk. Then in-between that I have a coffee or a sparkling water.

Then sometimes I feel like I need to have something in my belly, so I have either a piece of fruit, like a banana or apple or watermelon, etc or later in the day I have a bowl of fresh, chunky, boiled, home-made  vegetable soup.

I get by most of the time not feeling hungry, but when I get really hungry, I try to break it sparingly and have a healthy meal. but that's like once a day and I try to avoid it, unless I can't.

I end up have 14 cups of drink a day and about 80 grams of protein. It works for me. My friend is saying I will wet myself drinking that much, but I'm fine, I hold on, I like it.

So far, I'm losing 3/4 of a kilo a day.

Day 3: 14/1/25

5.15am - Energize 7am - Water 8.15am - 1/2 a protein water, 4 pieces of toast with flora margarine 9.45am - Energize, 2 mini sausages, sweet potato, pumpkin  5.20pm - Today I ran out of drinks and then I ate too much. Peanut butter and honey sandwiches mostly and some milk, some meat, a mini omelet. Way too much. I put on 2 kilos after that. So, I gotta be better prepared and have more protein drinks there ready. Also, I think maybe some rice cakes or something would help me feel full. So, I'll try again next week. Weight: 132.1kg

Day 8: 24/1/25

It's the same diet routine everyday, but I haven't lost weight yet. it goes up and down. today its 133kg exactly, so i haven't lost anything, but i think persistance will pay off.

Day 10: 8/2/25

I put on a few kilos when i tried lots of protein. so my weight went to 136.9kg. Today its 134.5kg. I've been having fatblaster diet shakes, vanilla. with fruit and salads. Rarely i'll have a sandwich. Scarcely, i'll have some meat. I decided if I want this to work, I'll have to exercise. Elon said to try. So I did. I have hiatus hernia which effects my breathing so I can only do so much before I have breathing trouble. So I'll work it out then. I used to walk 2 hours a day to keep fit, but i can't do that straight now. I might be able to go for a half an hour walk, 3 or 4 times a day. So far I've gone on one 25 min walk early this morning, and a 15 min walk with my dog a bit after. I think I can make it work.
